11.3 Wolf77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from: (a) a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) delays or failures in payment processing by third-party providers; (c) events beyond wolf77's reasonable control including force majeure events; (d) a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute professional financial, legal, or gaming advice.
11.4 Where wolf77's liability cannot be excluded by law, wolf77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Wolf77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; (c) the Player's account activity presents a risk of harm to wolf77 or other Players; or (d) closure is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
12.2 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting wolf77 support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
12.3 Where a wolf77 account is closed following a finding of fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these terms, wolf77 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account to offset any losses or costs incurred as a result of the Player's conduct.
